Observed Ballot Count

•    The ballot count will take place at the Union office on Tuesday, June 15, 2010 from 10:00a.m. to 3:00p.m.
•    All returned envelopes will remain sealed until the ballot count, at which time the returned envelopes will be opened, the “Secret ballot” envelopes will be separated and the ballots will be opened and counted (as described above).  
•    Any member in good standing may observe the opening of the returned envelopes, separation of “Secret ballot” envelopes and counting of the ballots.  Please notify the Union in advance if you plan on attending.
